How the crocodile's got their sharp teeth

Long, long time ago, in the dreamtime there was a crocodile who did not have any teeth but gum. He lived in a great billabong.

One hot morning, an aboriginal man was hunting kangaroos with his boomerang. The boomerang was very sharp. When he threw the boomerang to catch a kangaroo near the billabong the crocodile was practising his laps. The boomerang's sharp ends fell into his mouth and got stuck to the crocodile's gum!

Luckily, the flat ends fell into his gum and stayed there for a very long time. Soon they turned into his teeth and more of the teeth grew.

That is why all the crocodiles have the same teeth like long ago. The crocodile learned to watch where he was going. So now the crocodile moved to a big river and not near aboriginals.

Hiyewelc’m ‘s new home

Hiyewelc’m was a tiny creature in astrabacka land. It was a place in the middle of the world. Hiyewelc’m lived in a colony of hiyewelc’ms, they always said nice words and one day hiyewelc’m’s class was caught by the astrabackan people for their lunch. 

But  hiyewelc’m  didn’t want his sister to be in a belly forever so he grabbed his sister and she fell into a mud puddle and then she said thankyou. But hiyewelc’m was caught in a  cage by an astrabakan girl named jaya. The astrabacan girl was very nice. Jaya  took good care of hiyewelc’m and he was taken good care of. 

After 12 years hiyewelc’m was not a 7 year old hiyewelc’m, he was a 19 year old hiyewelc’m so from that day on every hiyewelc’m in astrabaca land lived with jaya the girl who had saved hiyewelc’m.  The end.

Ellie tadpole’s first dream

Once there was a mother frog with 4 tadpoles. The first ones name was Nima she loved to practise frogyswim. The second tadpole’s name was jamee tadpole, he loved to explore the river. 

The third tadpole’s name was jenny tadpole, she loved to sing. The fourth tadpole’s name was ellie tadpole, she loved to swim very fast in the river. All her big brothers and sisters already had their first dreams, but ellie tadpole had not had her first dreams yet. 

But one night she saw a picture in her mind and in the morning she told her brothers and sisters about her picture but her sisters and brothers just laughed. They said she had a nightmare and also a dream so she always thought of happy things every time it was bed time. The end.

The missing clothes

One day Joe the pirate was missing his pants. He first looked under his bed, but he didn’t find it.

His mother told him that this morning a ship hit their ship and his dad was missing his t-shirt. Oh, dear me he said, now I have to find two things. His sister told him that she saw his pants in the laundry washing up. 

So he went out of the cabins and found his carer putting it in the box so he ran before it was to late and snatched the pants and told his carer that the thing she was holding was his favourite pants and after they had the great talk they roared with laughter, just then he remembered about his dad’s t-shirt. Then he was going to his dad’s room when his dad appeared and was holding his own t-shirt. 

Ha,ha,ha they laughed when they bumped into each other. The End                                                    

being lost

One day Willa and Alvis were going on an adventure. They said goodbye to their parents and packed food, drinks, jackets, scarfs, hats a camp a rug a blanket a pillow and a candle and some match packets. 

Then they put up the sail and brought an umbrella. They pushed the boat into the sea. When they reached an island they put up their camps and put everything out. They were having so much fun they didn’t notice it was begining to flood. When they saw the flood heading fast. 

They broke a piece of wood and put their camps on it and got in the camps and began sailing away, now they were really lost, just then a sea monster licked their hair and the twins began screaming so loud their mother woke them up from their sleep and told them that they were screaming very loud and they realised that they were dreaming. 

They told their mother about their dream and mother laughed and told them that fluffy their cat were licking them because mother asked fluffy to lick them so that they would wake up and after that they had a great big loud laugh and clapped. The End.

My pet cat

I have a pet cat. Her name is fluffy. She loves to play with my toy mouse. Sometimes, she tries to chew it. She was found as a lost kitten. Now she lives here with us. 

Once we lost her at the cinemas. At that time we were watching the princess and the frog. Fluffy fell fast asleep but we did not notice. Then we left but fluffy was still asleep, luckily my aunty was helping grandma get up and saw fluffy. 

So now we double check when we leave town or anywhere so that fluffy never gets lost. Grandma and aunty always get to the car last to check for fluffy. The End.

Janes train stay

Jane climbed the big old tree, crack it went. Jane let go and fell into the slimy green pond. When she got home her mother said nicely please change into your camping suit, we are going camping for one night. Jane got her backpack and put her sleeping bag, her pjyamas, dressing gown, camp bag and bedroom light. 

Then her mother told her that they were taking a train that has a bed. Yippee! Jane cried. So Jane took out her sleeping bag and camp bag. She then got her tall table and folded it up.when they got on the train it was morning. They put everything in place and went to the cafe in the train. Jane had:1egg,honey on toast and some hot chocolate. Mum had:1egg, 2 flapjacks,1pancake and a cup of coffe. 

When they had finished the main corce they had dessert. Jane had a chocolate pudding for desssert. Mum had a rasperry flavour ice-cream. At night they slept on the bunkbeds and were fast asleep.
